You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn Aurelia Mode pieces with the tags still attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors and come back in the box.

Start with your order number on the track order page, or call (209) 318-0272. We will send a return label for U.S. addresses.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the parcel reaches 3 Speedwell Ave, Morristown, NJ 07960. Exchanges for another size ship as soon as the return is scanned.

Final sale pieces, if marked on the product page, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
